Cambodian or Khmer cuisine is something we did not know much about before our trip to Cambodia. Cambodian food is generally over shadowed by neighbouring Thailand and Vietnam.
We were pleasantly surprised to discover the unique dishes and amazing flavours of the Cambodian dishes. We really enjoyed eating our way through all the delights this country had to offer.
